Nishane Tuberoza: Femininity to the Max

Nishane Tuberoza: Femininity to the Max

The multifaceted tuberose is a note that deserves to be followed through its many manifestations, and although it can sometimes come across as too overpowering or as simple as chewing gum, it's always interesting to test new and new fragrances in which it takes the lead.

Tuberose

If you're familiar with Marfa / Memo, this release from Nishane will quickly become your next tuberose favorite.

Extremely beautiful and passionate, a vivid tuberose with a glass of absinthe in hand, very natural and voluminous. The opening is very strongly soapy with citrus notes, and the transition to the white floral accord is almost immediate, with slightly green and, for a second, bitter aspects, more of stem than of flower. The jasmine here is an indolic seducer, a predator with narrowed eyes waiting in anticipation, while the gardenia follows it in a sparkling trance that complements the sound of the floral heart, but the main player here remains that vivid tuberose with its distinctive oiliness, thanks to marigold.

The longevity of this phase is excellent (at least four to five hours) and intense, slightly intoxicating and strongly feminine. Nishane's usual base standard of sandalwood, vetiver and amber is barely noticeable here, only a fine musky veil settles over it, so that this distinctive, sultry femininity can ignite the imagination with covered shoulders.

Yes, neither the overall development nor the base are anything unheard of or new, but they are very, very well done, the quality of the ingredients is fanatically good, and nothing has been spared. The longevity is plus or minus endless, even in high temperatures, and it's quite a feat, however it was achieved. The sillage is striking, and given that it's an extrait, 3 sprays are optimal so as not to overdo its beauty.

If you're just starting out with tuberose, this is an excellent example that balances the fruity nuance with the green, stem-like accords of the flower, and an excellent way to experience a complete accord. If you're already a connoisseur of the note, you probably won't experience a full olfactory revolution with it, but you will definitely feel the big difference compared to all the other tuberoses on the market.

Tuberoza Nishane will glide sensually over your receptors, fully aware that it is irresistible, will unfurl its veil before you, and will defiantly raise a glass in a toast, looking you straight in the eyes. Although launched as a unisex perfume, this is a fragrance for women who embrace pronounced femininity, vivid individuals who know how to enjoy the colors of life.
