Hinoki & Cedarwood draws on the Japanese ritual of shinrin yoku, known as forest bathing. Hinoki is a Japanese cypress whose wood was once protected by the Samurai and is now harvested as branches processed by local artisans.

The opening is clean and aromatic, with an unexpectedly fresh green turn. The heart reveals hinoki, carrying a rare, intensely woody character. The cedarwood base is dry, woody and charismatic.
